Dermal fillers are changing. The conversation is no longer only about adding volume, filling a line or enhancing a feature. Newer formulations are being developed to do more within the tissue itself.
That is what makes Mesoestetic mesofiller® nexha particularly interesting, and why we are introducing the range at Enhance Clinispa.
Nexha combines the immediate correction of a hyaluronic acid dermal filler with progressive biostimulation. While the hyaluronic acid restores volume, support or definition, ingredients including succinic acid are gradually released into the treated tissue to support collagen stimulation and skin quality over time. Mesoestetic calls this approach neostimulation.
For us, this changes how we can think about filler treatment. Rather than focusing only on where we can add volume, we can consider what has changed within the face, the type of correction needed and the quality of the tissue we are treating.
This is particularly relevant when patients tell us, “I want to look fresher, but I don’t want to look like I’ve had filler.” The aim is not simply to add more. It is to choose the right formulation for what the face actually needs.
What Is Mesoestetic mesofiller® nexha and How Does It Work?
mesofiller® nexha is a new generation of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers designed to combine immediate correction with progressive biostimulation, an approach Mesoestetic calls neostimulation.
The hyaluronic acid provides the initial filling and supporting effect. Depending on the formulation and where we place it, this can restore lost volume, soften wrinkles or improve facial definition.
What makes Nexha different is its dual release technology. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides the immediate physical correction, while succinic acid and other active ingredients are progressively released into the treated tissue. According to Mesoestetic, this release can continue for up to seven months, supporting collagen stimulation and improvements in skin quality over time.
This means Nexha is designed to do more than replace volume. It allows us to address the visible change while also progressively supporting the quality of the treated tissue.

Which mesofiller® nexha Formulation Might We Use?
There are four formulations within the Nexha range, each designed for a different treatment objective. We select between them according to the area being treated and whether the priority is wrinkles, firmness, volume, projection or lip harmonisation.
mesofiller® nexha AOX
nexha AOX is designed for mild to moderate facial wrinkles, particularly through the lower two-thirds of the face.
It combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid with succinic acid, vitamin C and idebenone. We may consider it where lines and wrinkles are present alongside changes in the quality of the surrounding skin.
mesofiller® nexha Lift
nexha Lift is designed for deeper wrinkles and changes in firmness or sagging through the lower two-thirds of the face.
It combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid with succinic acid, NCTC 109 and DMAE, giving us an option where the concern extends beyond an isolated line to changes in the firmness and support of the lower face.
mesofiller® nexha Volume
nexha Volume is designed where restoring lost facial volume, projection and structural support is the priority.
Its cohesive, mouldable hyaluronic acid gel is designed to raise and maintain tissue in the treated area, making it suitable when we need greater projection rather than simply softening a line.
mesofiller® nexha Lips
nexha Lips is an elastic, mouldable hyaluronic acid gel developed specifically for lip harmonisation and the area around the mouth.
Depending on the individual, we may use it to restore lip volume, improve definition, refine shape or address wrinkles around the mouth. The objective does not have to be noticeably larger lips.
You do not need to decide which formulation you require before coming to see us. We select the product after assessing your anatomy, the changes you have noticed and what treatment needs to achieve.
Does Every Line or Wrinkle Need the Same Type of Filler?
Different lines and wrinkles can require very different types of correction, which is one of the reasons the mesofiller® nexha range includes several formulations rather than one filler for every concern.
For mild to moderate facial wrinkles, we may consider Nexha AOX, which combines hyaluronic acid with succinic acid, vitamin C and idebenone. Where wrinkles are deeper and accompanied by reduced firmness or sagging, Nexha Lift has been specifically developed for these more established changes.
If a wrinkle has become more noticeable because facial volume and support have reduced, treating the line itself may not be the priority. Nexha Volume is designed to restore projection and structural support where volume loss is contributing to the overall change.
This allows us to choose a Nexha formulation according to what is causing the concern and what we want to achieve, rather than treating every visible line in the same way.
How Can mesofiller® nexha Be Adapted as the Face Ages?
Facial ageing does not simply mean progressively losing more volume. Wrinkles can deepen, facial support can reduce, skin can become less firm and several of these changes may appear together.
The mesofiller® nexha range has been developed with different formulations for different stages and types of change. AOX can be considered for milder to moderate wrinkles, while Lift is designed for deeper wrinkles alongside changes in firmness and sagging. Where loss of volume and projection is more significant, Volume provides greater structural support.
Importantly, Nexha also combines this physical correction with neostimulation, so treatment is not focused on adding increasing amounts of filler as the face ages. We can select the formulation according to the change we are treating while also supporting collagen stimulation and tissue quality over time.
Can Mesoestetic Dermal Fillers Be Combined With Other Skin Treatments?
Mesoestetic dermal fillers can be combined with other treatments when facial volume or wrinkles are only part of the concern.
Where we also want to address hydration or broader skin quality, we may consider Profhilo or Viscoderm Hydrobooster.
For uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines or acne scarring, medical microneedling with Derma FNS® may be considered. INTRAcel, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy, may be more appropriate where skin laxity, lines, wrinkles or acne scarring are more prominent.
We will often stage treatments rather than addressing everything at once. This allows us to treat the main concern first, assess the result and then decide whether another treatment would add value.
How Do We Use Mesoestetic Dermal Fillers for Natural-Looking Results?
Natural-looking results depend on choosing the right formulation, using an appropriate amount and placing it according to the patient’s facial structure.
At Enhance Clinispa, we consider how the cheeks, lips, chin and surrounding features relate to one another rather than treating each area in isolation.
Having four Nexha formulations gives us more flexibility within that approach. We can select AOX for mild to moderate wrinkles, Lift where deeper wrinkles and changes in firmness are present, Volume where projection and support are required, and Lips for lip harmonisation and the surrounding area.
For us, the starting point is not simply asking where filler can be added. We want to understand what has changed, whether filler is appropriate and which formulation best matches what we are trying to achieve.
The aim is a result that addresses the concern while remaining in keeping with the patient’s own facial features.
FAQs About Mesoestetic Dermal Fillers
Does mesofiller® nexha stimulate collagen?
mesofiller® nexha supports collagen stimulation through the combination of hyaluronic acid and succinic acid. This forms part of the neostimulation concept behind the range.
How do we decide which mesofiller® nexha product to use?
We select the formulation according to your anatomy and what we want treatment to achieve. AOX is designed for mild to moderate wrinkles, Lift for deeper wrinkles and sagging, Volume for projection and structural support, and Lips for lip harmonisation and the area around the mouth.
Can Mesoestetic dermal filler be dissolved?
mesofiller® nexha is based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid. Whether dissolving existing filler is clinically appropriate would need to be assessed individually.
Can I have mesofiller® nexha if I have had another filler before?
Previous filler does not necessarily prevent treatment with mesofiller® nexha, but we would assess the area first. We would also need to know which product was previously used, where it was placed and when you had treatment.
Where Can I Have Mesoestetic mesofiller® nexha in Bolton or Manchester?
Mesoestetic mesofiller® nexha is now available at Enhance Clinispa in Bolton.
If you have noticed changes in facial volume, wrinkles, firmness or definition, we can assess your facial structure and skin quality before deciding whether AOX, Lift, Volume or Lips is appropriate, or whether another treatment would better address your concerns.
