If there’s one thing we can say with confidence, it’s that 2025 didn’t give us a single quiet moment. Between building works, new devices, global conferences, glamorous Manchester events and clinic expansions, it has been a year packed with energy, growth and unforgettable milestones.
And while the team dashed around achieving all sorts of wonderful things… Fanny enjoyed a glorious year of doing what she does best. Sleeping. Supervising from home. Being iconic.
Let’s take a moment to look back at everything we accomplished together.
We Started the Year With a Major Building Project
At the start of the year, we hatched a plan to give our gorgeous clinic the facelift it truly deserved. Once the idea landed, we didn’t tiptoe around it. We got thinking. We got planning. And then we went all in.
Not a lick-of-paint job. A genuine building project.
Planning meetings filled with sketches and samples. Flooring options spread across every surface. Decision fatigue from choosing things we never knew we had opinions on.
Then the real fun began.
Walls coming down. Walls going back up. Endless deliveries of building materials. A small army of workmen who now know the inside of Enhance as well as we do.
But the result made every moment worth it. A clinic that feels elevated, modern, warm and completely aligned with who we are. A space designed for comfort, clinical excellence and that signature Enhance welcome the moment you step inside.
A space built for the next chapter.
We Added Serious Tech – Including Onda Plus and Motus Pro
While the builders handled the practical foundations, we upgraded our clinical technology, too.
This year we invested in:
• Onda Plus – an advanced body contouring and cellulite reduction system using Coolwaves technology for tightening, shaping and smoothing
• Motus Pro – a new-generation multi-laser platform for hair removal, pigmentation, rosacea and vascular concerns, developed in collaboration with NHS partners
Both devices have already become patient favourites, giving us more precision, more comfort and more treatment options than ever before.
We Expanded the Team With Two Brilliant New Faces
2025 also saw the arrival of:
• Kirk, our Operations Manager, who keeps the clinic running effortlessly behind the scenes, and brings that unmistakable charm that you all adore.
• Liam, our Nurse Practitioner bringing fresh clinical expertise and a fantastic patient rapport
They’ve both settled in so naturally that we can’t imagine the clinic without them.
Enhance Went Global Again – With Dr Fab Leading the Charge
Fab continued his international educational tour, attending IMCAS Paris and representing Enhance Clinispa on a global stage. He came back inspired, informed and full of new thinking to bring into the clinic.
From Paris to previous trips to Lisbon and Vegas, it’s been a year of absorbing the very best in aesthetic innovation.
Wigmore Presents 2025 – A Year of Learning, Innovation and New Ideas
Our yearly visit to Wigmore Presents delivered everything we hoped for. Regenerative therapies, new clinical protocols, treatment pathway insights, and conversations that shaped our direction for the year.
It’s the type of event that keeps us focused on delivering the highest standard of medical aesthetics – and this year’s programme did not disappoint.
London Called. Tower Bridge, RedTouch Pro and a Major Industry Moment
Another highlight was Nichola and Fab attending the RedTouch Pro launch with Lynton Laser and DEKA at Tower Bridge.
A groundbreaking collagen-stimulating device like nothing currently on the market.
A room full of industry leaders.
A sense that the future of skin tightening is shifting.
We’re genuinely excited to see how this device evolves across the UK and how it will shape the next era of collagen-based treatments.
A Festive Finale at the Julie Perry Christmas Event
To end the year in proper Manchester style, Nichola attended the Julie Perry Christmas showcase, a truly spectacular event that even made the local newspaper. It was a wonderful moment of celebration, connection and recognition for the clinic and the city we love serving.
